Large Property Management Company looking for someone to operate and help grow an established Property Maintnenace company. Service consists of building cleaning as well as light contracting.
The candidate will be expected to lead sales and develpment of new business as well as to develop new streams of revenue from existing clients.
Candidate must have a 4 year degree, excellent communication skills, a relentless work ethic and positive attitude.
Compensation will be a small salary, hc and a percentage of new business.
We believe there is a huge upside for this company with the right person.
